Mr. Ho is the Founding and Managing Partner of HO & GUERRERO LAW, a dynamic law firm headquartered in San Juan City, Metro Manila. Born and raised in the national capital region, Mr. Ho pursued his undergraduate degree at the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU), where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, major in Legal Management. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law, graduating with distinction. He was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence and inducted into the prestigious Order of the Purple Feather Honor Society. He passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2010 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011.
Mr. Ho’s legal career is marked by a rare breadth of experience, spanning both public service and high-level private practice. He served as a State Counsel at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and was deputized by the Office of the Ombudsman to act as a public prosecutor in several high-profile cases arising from the PDAF scam. In private practice, he held associate positions in two of the country’s premier litigation and corporate law firms—ACCRALAW and VGS LAW—before acting as Special Assistant to the Chairman and Administrator of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA). He was also a founding partner of Ho & Uy Law.
In addition to his credentials as a member of the Philippine Bar, Mr. Ho is a licensed and registered Real Estate Broker (REB), ranking Top 10 nationwide in the 2014 Real Estate Board Examinations. He is also a Certified Tax Compliance Specialist (TCS) and a Chartered Trust & Estate Planner (CTEP).
As a legal educator, Mr. Ho has taught law at respected institutions, including Holy Angel University (HAU), the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU), and the University of Caloocan City College of Law (UCC LAW). He is a trained arbitrator and active member of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI), reflecting his commitment to advancing alternative dispute resolution in the country.
His legal practice is both broad and specialized, covering Criminal Prosecution and Defense, Labor and Employment, Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, Immigration, Appellate Practice, Family Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate, and Corporate Rehabilitation, among others.
Mr. Ho is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) – Quezon City Chapter, one of the largest and most active IBP chapters nationwide. He is also a member of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) – Makati Chapter.
Through his multifaceted practice, Mr. Ho continues to be recognized for his strategic legal insight, real-world approach to client advocacy, and commitment to public service and nation-building.

Mr. Guerrero is the Founding and Senior Partner of HO & GUERRERO LAW, a firm known for its practical, results-driven approach to legal challenges. A proud native of Metro Manila, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), where he was honored with the Quezon Leadership Award for exemplary service and student leadership. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2013.
Mr. Guerrero built his legal foundation at Fortun Narvasa & Salazar, one of the country’s most respected litigation firms, where he rose from Associate to Senior Associate. He later became a Partner at Ho & Uy Law before co-founding his current firm. His professional background also includes training in commercial arbitration from the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) and legal experience with international institutions such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). He has also shared his expertise as a Business Law Lecturer at Asia Pacific College.
With a wide-ranging and adaptive legal practice, Mr. Guerrero is highly regarded for his work in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Labor and Employment, Commercial and Construction Arbitration, Immigration, Family Law, Contracts, Real Estate, and Corporate and Special Projects.
