MICAH LOUISE M. METRAN

Ms. Micah Louise Metran is an Associate of the Firm and a member of its Litigation, Arbitration, and Labor & Employment practice groups. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and is actively involved in representing and assisting clients in civil, criminal, administrative, labor, and arbitral proceedings. Her practice focuses on protecting and enforcing clients’ rights and advancing their legal positions through strategic and well-prepared advocacy before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, labor tribunals, and arbitral tribunals.
Ms. Metran earned her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University College of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in remedial law, labor law, and jurisprudence. Her legal training emphasized analytical precision, persuasive legal writing, and disciplined application of procedural and substantive law—skills essential to effective dispute resolution.
As part of the Firm’s dispute resolution team, Ms. Metran assists in all stages of litigation, arbitration, and labor proceedings. Her work includes conducting extensive legal research, preparing pleadings, position papers, judicial affidavits, memoranda, and arbitral submissions, and assisting in hearings, trial preparation, and case strategy. She supports the Firm in handling employment disputes, including cases involving illegal dismissal, money claims, disciplinary actions, and other employer-employee controversies.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, she completed her undergraduate studies in Communication at Colegio de San Juan de Letran – Bataan, where she received the Best Research Paper Award at the Annual Research Colloquium. Her academic background strengthens her ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate arguments with clarity and precision.
Ms. Metran is committed to providing diligent, responsive, and results-oriented legal support, and contributes to the Firm’s mission of delivering effective representation in litigation, arbitration, and labor and employment matters.

ALTHEA M. SUERTE

Ms. Suerte was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang School of Law. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
Her practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, labor law, immigration law, and corporate law. She is actively involved in the Firm’s litigation practice and regularly participates in hearings, conferences, and other proceedings before courts and quasi-judicial bodies, and administrative agencies. She assists in handling civil, commercial, labor, and regulatory disputes, and plays a direct role in the preparation of pleadings, motions, position papers, judicial affidavits, and legal memoranda designed to protect and advance clients' legal and commercial interests.
During law school, she demonstrated strong leadership and academic involvement, serving as President of the San Beda College Alabang School of Law Internship and Development Group before holding key positions in the School of Law Government as Internal Vice President and Auditor. She also contributed to the Central Bar Operations Criminal Law Academics Team, helping prepare review materials for bar examinees.
Ms. Suerte’s practice is supported by her strengths in legal research, drafting, document management, and analytical work. She brings discipline, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to professional excellence in assisting the Firm’s clients in dispute resolution, corporate, and other legal matters.
ALEXANDRIA P. GONZALES

Alexandria P. Gonzales is an Associate of the Firm and a member of its Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property practice groups. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024 and is actively involved in assisting clients in contentious proceedings and in the protection and enforcement of their legal and intellectual property rights.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the East Manila, where she developed strong competencies in legal research, drafting, and case analysis. Her legal training emphasized precision in pleadings, analytical reasoning, and the structured application of Philippine law—skills essential to effective litigation and intellectual property practice.
During her legal training, Ms. Gonzales gained meaningful dispute resolution experience through her work with the University of the East Legal Aid Clinic, where she assisted in handling actual cases, including the preparation of pleadings, affidavits, and position papers, and helped provide legal assistance to clients. She also served as an Apprentice at the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, where she participated in drafting contracts, legal opinions, and legal arguments, and conducted research on regulatory and corporate legal issues.
Ms. Gonzales further developed her legal drafting and regulatory experience while working with the Department of Migrant Workers (formerly POEA), where she assisted in preparing legal documents and contracts under attorney supervision. These experiences strengthened her ability to analyze legal issues, prepare persuasive written submissions, and support clients in complex legal matters.
At the Firm, Ms. Gonzales assists in all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, including legal research, preparation of pleadings and legal memoranda, case assessment, and hearing preparation. She is also involved in intellectual property matters, assisting in the protection, enforcement, and defense of clients’ intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and related commercial rights.
Ms. Gonzales is committed to advancing the Firm’s mission of delivering strategic, diligent, and results-oriented legal representation, and contributes to the Firm’s advocacy for the protection of clients’ rights in both contentious and intellectual property matters.
